I negotiate the remuneration for legal services with a client primarily individually, after taking into account the basic information about the matter itself and the client's needs. I strive to make my legal services not only high quality but also affordable.
After initial familiarisation with your legal problem, I will gladly inform you in a non-binding manner of the expected amount of the lawyer's remuneration for legal aid.
The method of determining the amount of lawyer's fees and compensation for the provision of legal services to clients is regulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic no. 655/2004 Coll. fees and compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services.
